Nice job! You should look at backgrounds of the show and see how they maker their clouds to get more like that style, you could have worked on that background a bit more and added more details but i understand how hard this was. I like the luna but you should be more consistent on your line work. For example, the wings look more like a sketchy realistic feeling while luna herself looks like a MLP/realistic style and the hair looks like a cartoony style. nice job!!! Keep it up!
